Went at 3pm to check out dinner options. Salad was super fresh, soups were hot and full of flavor. My favorite was the Tom Yum soup (shrimp , mussels, fish cake, imitation crab, mushrooms)! Not a lot of protein options at that time, salmon was ok. Roast beef was picked over and chicken had too much red pepper flakes for my taste. They brought out a new batch of meaty fried chicken wings and it was perfectly crispy! I do with they had more sauce options like buffalo or some lemon pepper on the side! The Croissant and Garlic bread were buttery and flaky. Desserts were light and not too sweet. They had ube and vanilla soft serve this time and it was SO WORTH IT (even though I was stuffed). The restaurant was super clean and staff were readily available to clean tables. The staff are also really friendly! I will be coming back to check out other options!

Starting from when you walk in, and are greeted by the exquisite mosaic, to the awesomely friendly host/hostess station, you know you are about to experience more than just a meal. An Asian style All-You-Can Eat salad bar?! Yes please!!! Every single option is super fresh and packed with amazing flavor. From soup to pizza, vegetarian to meat lovers, gluten to gluten free???... they have everything!! Did i mention it's incredibly delicious?! Seriously out of this world! It's also very well laid out and extremely clean and the decor is beautiful. The ambiance is on point! Perfect for large family/groups to even an intimate meal. The whole entire staff is friendly and welcoming. This has become my new favorite place! Don't think about coming here,... get here... now!! You won't regret it!! Top Notch!

My fam thought this place was just Souper salad, but when I was finally be able to convince them to come, they were very impressed with the food. My husband said he would come back for the soup section alone. Everything we tried was yummy and they didn't skim on the protein. Hope they always keep the congee on the menu. I love their pastry section. Everything is so fresh, not too salty, not too sweet. The variety of greens and protein in the salad bar is great, too!

I came across this place by chance yesterday and decided to give it a try since they’re currently offering 25% off during their soft opening. The regular price is $19.99 for adults on weekends and dinner, and $16.99 for seniors (55+). Kids’ pricing is based on age × $1.50, and drinks are an extra $3. This is mainly a salad-bar style buffet, with a wide variety of fresh vegetables, fruits, toppings, and dressings. They also offer salmon, chicken, and shrimp, so there’s still a good amount of protein options. I was pleasantly surprised by the soup bar — my favorites were the hot and sour soup and the tom yum seafood soup. Both were flavorful and comforting. For dessert, they had four options, and honestly all of them were good. There’s also a pizza and bread section, and my personal favorite was the mini croissants. They also have ice cream, which was a nice bonus. Our total came out to $33.68, and I honestly think that’s a pretty good value for what we got. What I liked most is that everyone could pick exactly what they enjoyed, so it felt worth it. Overall, I think the value here is solid, especially with the current soft opening discount. If I could give this place 10/10 I most definitely would! First time visiting today and impressed with the quality of Mama Lin’s! Plenty of food to choose from, beautiful and spacious atmosphere, and I especially loved the soup selections! Food was fresh, and everything we tried was delicious and bursting with flavor. I especially loved how food signs indicated if choices were gluten free/contained dairy/vegan friendly/contained fish/seafood. There is also an area for pizza/breads. Highly recommend if you enjoy fresh salad/soup or looking for a filling light meal! *I highly recommend the Tom Yum soup!* Pricing: Since they are still doing a soft launch, price per person (dinner) was roughly equivalent to $15. Really looking forward to visiting when they are fully open!
